The Communication Coach program is composed of a minimum of 50 completely customized simulations that are designed to build superior (not just acceptable) performance. 

  • Learners have the opportunity to listen to and practice handling a variety of realistic conversations that model how to best perform in that situation.
  • You can create a simulation for any performance that takes place in a conversation, such as sales, service, collections, technical support, coaching...
  • The simulations are divided into categories for quick and easy decisions about which situations to practice.
  • Learners progress in each simulation through a powerful learning cycle that includes:
    • listening to an ideal model

    • practicing with full or limited support

    • recording a practice conversation

    • reviewing and comparing their recording to the ideal model

    • refreshing related learning in a coaching screen

    • viewing a video that demonstrates any related software navigation
  • The Communication Coach program typically represents more than 12 - 20 hours of practice activity and offers the learner unlimited instructional opportunity to practice and learn at their own pace.

  • There are a variety of ways to reinforce knowledge and provide instruction including:

    • instructional modules               

    • coaching screens

    • category introductions

    • instructional videos

    • overview screens

    • behavioral models                    

  • Brief practice sessions can easily fit around work schedules or operational demands.

  • Supervisors can provide highly focused feedback and reinforcement, based on a comparison of the ideal model and the learner's recordings.
