Account Executive

 

Success Sciences has an opening for an Account Executive who may work out of our home office in Tampa, Florida or a satellite office in the continental U.S.  Responsibilities include sales of the Company’s primary simulation learning system called Communication Coach to businesses utilizing call centers or field sales and service employees.  The Account Executive is responsible for the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities, analysis of current and future market conditions, periodic review and reporting on market competitors, contribution toward the strategy and execution of marketing initiative, and the ongoing maintenance of existing client and partnership relationships.  This position requires extensive travel.

 

Experience:

·        A minimum of 5 years in the training or consulting industry with a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue and profitability gains.

·        Possess an analytical approach to focus on customer needs and identify market opportunities and competitors

·        Effective and highly motivated team player who contributes to the entrepreneurial atmosphere to produce outstanding results

·        Computer literate with knowledge in computer based training, e-learning and simulation technologies is a plus

·        Experience in virtual office setting if operating outside of the Tampa office.

·        Compelling successes and failure experiences relating to entrepreneurial endeavors or complex, long-term sales

·        Ability to collect and analyze data, read and interpret technical material, and foster cross-functional teamwork

·        Excellent presentation and writing skills

 

Reports:

·        The Account Executive will report to the Vice President of Sales

 

Requirements:

·                    Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, human resources or related areas.

 

Compensation:

Base salary, commissions, bonuses, and benefits will all be negotiated based on experience.

QA Cordinator

 

Good position for a Software Tester that is looking to gain experience in both Windows and Java/Web Technologies. This position is responsible for testing software running on Windows environments, with a browser and a proprietary interface.   1. Review and analyze project Software Requirement Specifications

  2. Design, develop, and maintain appropriate test approach, strategies and documentation including Quality Plans, Test Plans, Test Requirements, Test Cases, Test Reports, and defect tracking as required by the project

  3. Perform manual testing

  4. Collaborate with team members.

  5. Provide support for programmers to recreate and correct defects

Systems Engineer

 

Success Sciences is seeking a systems engineer to assist in the maintenance of user PC systems in a networked environment.  The position entails aiding to troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of users in the use of various applications including Internet, Email, and other job specific software.  The applicant will also aid in the development and maintenance of our custom simulation software.  Duties include assembling the product, debugging functionality and setting up testing environments.  This position also manages documentation around internal and client process.
