Welcome/ Instructional Modules - These custom presentations, utilizing video or narrated slide shows, can provide an initial context for the learner about the focus, content, and payoffs for participating in the training (see A). The modules might address:

  • your company's mission, vision, and values
  • your customers' unique needs and expectations
  • your company's competitive advantages
  • the program content
  • what's in it for the learner to participate fully in the learning process
  • how vital the learner role is to your company's success.

Category Introductions - An introduction for each learning category that sets the stage for the learner about the concepts and skills being modeled in that category.

Overview Screens - These screens provide immediate information or coaching related to a specific portion of a conversation (screen shots, skill identification, coaching tips).

Navigator - The Navigator feature can demonstrate on each simulation how to most effectively navigate through your organization's software system.

Type and Talk - Learners can practice talking and accurately typing information at the same time. By listening to these recordings, you can evaluate how well they can manage the conversation, while doing data entry. You also have the option of collecting data about the speed and accuracy of their typing (see B).

Quizzes - Communication Coach can administer and score true/false or multiple choice quizzes.

Progress Reports - The software monitors employee progress, and provides detailed views of learner's usage patterns, which simulations they have recorded, and their scores on tests (see C).
